What we build

Patios, Retaining Walls and Walkways

  • A Patio You'll Actually Use

The slab behind a new home is often too small for the table you own. A paver patio can be sized to fit, shaped around trees and beds, and finished with a seat wall, lighting or planting pockets. Pick a pattern and color that suits the house.

  • Retaining Walls for Slopes, Beds and Seating

Lake County isn't all flat. Where a yard drops off or washes out in summer storms, a block retaining wall holds the soil and gives you level ground. Lower walls double as raised beds or seating around a patio.

  • Walkways That Tie It All Together

A paver walkway ties the driveway, patio and pool into one design. Planning more than pavers? Randolph Outdoor also does fencing and landscaping, so a full backyard makeover can be planned in one visit.

Pool Decks Built for Wet Feet

Around a pool, grip and heat matter more than looks. Textured pavers give better footing when wet, and lighter colors and travertine stay cooler under bare feet in July. If one paver cracks, we swap it out instead of patching a whole slab. See all our pavers, stone and hardscape options.

Paver Driveways That Hold Up to Daily Traffic

A paver driveway is only as strong as what's under it. We excavate, compact an aggregate base, set edge restraints so the pavers can't spread, then sand and compact the joints. That base is what lets it carry cars and trucks for years.

What Our Customers Say

  • The sales guy Geoff Spears couldn't be more responsive, even to the point of helping the installers unload. They arrived a day early than scheduled and worked hard until the job was completed. The Installers were meticulous in building the fence and cleaned up entirely when they left. This company is excellent!

  • Spoke with Jimmy a couple of days ago, he did not try to upsell me he gave me a quote according to what I was looking for and two days later they came out and put up my fence. Fantastic work. I would give this company an A+ Plus Randolph outdoor fence.

Questions

Paver Questions From Lake County Homeowners

  • Pavers usually win around a pool. Laid over a compacted base, they flex a little as soil settles instead of cracking as one slab, and a damaged paver can be swapped out. Poured concrete often costs less up front.

  • Yes, when the base is built right. Interlocking concrete pavers on a compacted aggregate base with edge restraints are made for vehicle traffic. Most driveway problems trace back to a thin base, not the pavers. Randolph Outdoor excavates and builds the base before a single paver goes down.

  • Not much. Sweep it, rinse it, and top up the joint sand now and then, especially after pressure washing. If a section starts to settle, have it reset early before the dip spreads.

  • It depends on where you live and what you're building. Rules differ between the City of Groveland, other towns and unincorporated Lake County, and taller retaining walls are more likely to need one. Randolph Outdoor will tell you what applies at your estimate.
