Winter Garden Fence Questions
It depends on whether your home is inside city limits. Horizon West is unincorporated Orange County, even when the mailing address says Winter Garden, so the county issues those permits. Homes inside the city go through Winter Garden's building division. Randolph Outdoor checks your parcel and files with the right one.
Sometimes. Orange County allows it with a signed Easement Acknowledgement Form, and your HOA or plat may add limits. If the utility or drainage company ever needs access, that section may have to come out. Bring your survey and we'll go over the options.
